Well done on getting guiding going! I was thrilled the first time mine was going also. Just regarding the mount connection, does your EQ6-R have the USB port like in the pic here?

If so you can use a normal USB-A to USB-B, if not then I think you'll need the adapter listed on the EQMAC link.
