You have a bit of overhead left and water cooling wont be an issue but check what the throttling temp is for that chip , i am guessing around 70-80c newer chips cope a little better . I have been running water cooling for a few years and it really is great and quiet , my new machine really can put out some heat OC with 8/16 cores but only hits 65 tops under full load.
