Well he is using two pretty good glass elements in that 4 element Petzval design. I am going to assume no flattener will be needed because of the design. This whole "fad" of tiny scopes is getting annoying. Once you have had one for awhile, and scratched that itch, you might be wanting to go back to a real scope.
Having had an Astro-tech 60ED, I can tell you they look like a guidescope stuck on top of my CGX mount.
