BBQ Salmon fillet in ketjap manis (indonesian soy sauce)

marinate fillet in for at least 12hrs
sear on med/high heat each side for 8min

add diced pistachios
or
chopped macadamias

garden salad with bococini

washed down with
Margan Estate Verdelo (hunter), Pikes Clare Valley Reisling (sa) or Villa Maria Sauv Blanc (nz)
