Eneloops are rechargeable and once fully charged, they hold their charge extremely well (>85% after 12 months) compared to the older technology NiCad batteries, which used to lose a significant amount of their charge in weeks, if not days. Also, Eneloops don’t suffer from the "memory" problem of NiCad’s.

The link to the Li batteries you provided explains that they are not rechargeable.

It might be worth considering getting a bunch of Eneloops instead as they are rechargeable and in my experience, this works out cheaper in the long run, and is generally considered to be “greener” in terms of the disposable Li batteries.
