Just only noticed your post, sorry mate. Get it done at Camera Clinic in Melbourne, I did.
It was the only place that was able to replace the filter with clear glass not UV/IR, I wanted it that way so i cou'ld also shoot IR landscapes.
They did a very good job and actually gave a warranty on their work. The only catch was that it cost me $500 which is way more than OS prices but i was happy to pay that to keep track of the job locally and deal with a company that has an excellent reputation for their work.
You may want to ask them if they have done any further investigations on cooling DSLR's which they planned to offer as a service in 2013.
