Why is this happening?

Imaging with the AG12, a QSI660 and Astrodon filters I have noted that the Ha filter and Luminance filters are significantly different in focus. About 750 steps on an Atlas increase from the luminance to the Ha. OIII is about 1200 steps different.

Now, this never happened on the GSO f4 Truss Newtonian, so why is this happening on the AG12? Just out of interest I have made sure all the filters are tightened down correctly. The QSI683 has the same problem with the AG12. Is this a corrector distance problem? Two different correctors have been used on this scope. I am currently using a GPU. This problem also occurred on the OOUK Wynne.
