I am looking for an adapter to step down from a 2.158 inch thread to a 2 inch thread.
My filter wheel has a nosepiece that is too long for my MPCC. I can screw a small spacer into the accessory plate to which the nosepiece attachs - but it is the SBIG standard STL fitting - 2.158 inch. Why?
I haven't the foggiest.
Any suggestions on where I can buy a ready made adapter?
I've sent an email off to Precision Parts in the US - but it would be easier if there were a ready made adapter.
