Is it just an artifact of processing?
I've found inthe past using DSS to stack my dslr shots that i still need to check levels inPS.
What seems like ok colors may actually be a tad off.
in PS i use the the eye drop to select a star that should be white and then adjust the three levels of red, blue and green to ensure they all hit the same number, usually 255 inthe info window
