The 183 is very sensitive and has small pixels so it suits shorter focal lengths like you have. I just sold mine, a reluctant sale. Amp glow is not a problem and it calibrates out easily and fully.
The 533 is the smallest sensor and its square shaped. But it has no amp glow and is like a mini ASI2600/6200 in that it appears to be the same pixel structure. Sounds good but small sensor. But with your relatively short focal length scopes that probably isn't a problem.
The 294C is a micro 4/3rds size sensor so its decent size. I have read about odd calibration issues like odd looking flats but from what I have read calibration still works.
You should also consider the 1600MC as its probably come down in price in the 2nd hand market.
