Green sky/Scope???

Help!
Had CMOS, filter and power board replaced in my Canon 5D
Took day images, looked ok. Took astro images soon after, came out GREEN!
Took camera back to repair shop. Took astro images again they came out green. Took the 5D to Canon, the technician down loaded the green images but saw no green colour, thought the screen might be an early example not up to the job.
Last night I used my Canon 300D on NGC 253, THEY CAME OUT GREEN
scream, scream #$!@^&.
Has "GREEN" taken over the Universe?
No 1 image (5D) 1 min.exp No 2 (5D) 2 min. No three (300D) 15 min.exposure.
Should I not have painted the scope mirror green?
What do you think?
