Is anyone using a QHY9 mono with an hyperstar on a C11? I just would like to check some measurements.

The spacer is 1.255" (31.88mm) for the QHY9.

For the QHY8 (old style) it is 1.563" (39.70mm).

The QHY8 needs to have the nosepiece on which is 12.5mm and the sensor distance to the camera face is 6.5mm. So that gives me a total of 58.70mm.

The QHY9 spacer is without nosepiece (I was told by Dean at Starizona) and the sensor distance from camera face is 15mm so it's a total of 46.88. That doesn't sound right. Adding the nosepiece would give me 59.38mm which would make more sense.

So do you guys leave the nosepiece in with the 9?
