Your stars are incredibly tight and your field looks great. Not sure if you'd benefit from lucky imaging. Not on that particular shot anyway. I have tried a webcam on small things like the trap, bug nebula and other smal blighters and it seems beneficial on bits that are relatively bright. As you say it would be challenging on this. I'm still to experiment.
