Here is my EQ6 Pro mount, which has been very reliable and sturdy for imaging over the last few years. I'm selling off most of my gear in favour of a smaller, more casual imaging setup.
The mount started life as a standard EQ6, and was later upgraded with the official Synscan GOTO upgrade kit to make it an EQ6 Pro and allow guiding.
Tested today (8 Dec, 2018), fully functional. No damage to anything as it was treated well (like all of my gear), never rained on, and stored with a dust cover in a closed garage.
Mechanicals are in excellent condition, as the upgraded motors and gears have only been used for about 20-30 hours (half of this indoors, for ASCOM-related software development and testing).
Comes with:
- Synscan hand controller
- 2x5kg counter-weights (with original padded boxes)
Optional extra that I used with the mount: Shoestring USB2 EQ6 Interface cable for computer control (costs around $70 these days)
