I had to open my ZWO up. There was a miniscule pair of spots on the sensor itself. I'd cleaned the IR Glass several times but a close look with a micro viewer told me where it was. Used some optical fabric very carefully and it's gone now.
They need to run better clean rooms in the factory for this sort of stuff.
