If you mean 2.156-inch diameter extension tubes, then PreciseParts can make them. Just use the online Adapter Builder and select generic-caps-extensions on the left side and SBIG on the right, then Extension Tube or Spacer on the left, the length you want in the middle and SBIG STT Camera with 2.156-24 thread on the right. It's a rather expensive way to obtain an extension though.
