Have a look at the new types of remote controlled airliner tugs:

Whilst they aren't carrying the weight, nor did the old diesel tugs. These new tugs are incredible.
I recall in my Tiger Moth days picking up the tail by the tailplane strut and putting the aircraft on my shoulder (pivoting the weight to the mainwheels, which seeing these are tail draggers is easy) to move it around. All about moment arms and pivots
