Mornington Peninsula Astronomical Society to Host Science Week.

Special international visitor and Chief Scientist of the company Double Negative, Oliver James, is touring Australia in Science Week. His team developed the graphics & special visual effects in several well-known Hollywood movies. While in Victoria he is giving this year's National Science Week lecture on Wednesday 16 August at the Peninsula School, Mt.Eliza, on the science and methods of his team's work on the movie "Interstellar". His talk will appeal to anyone interested in technology, science, graphic art, imaging and movies. Free Event.
