I get asked this question a lot.
Yes it will work.
You can also cover 26 miles by running the marathon.
Driving the distance is a whole lot easier.
The reasons for OSC not being a great choice for Narrow Band are two fold.
1) the NB filter you'll make about 2/3rds of your OSC pixels useless.
2) the NB filter will act as a neutral density filter over the remainder.
Heroic exposures will garner some signal, but a mono sensor is a much better way to go...
