In the end the XWs won out because I could see faint stars in them that some other eyepieces did not show. The XW eyecup is the best I have seen (for me anyway!).
This mixed set now gives me a range of 82x to 729x in my big scope and 32x to 285 in the Tak. I think that covers all the seeing I am likely to find. |
