Pretty sure I've read before that most stacking programs reduce flats down to a greyscale master, so even colouration doesn't matter. My lightbox is lit by a series of small 12v bulbs, so always end up with an orange hue as attached.
(Lightbox Version 1 using LEDs didn't work so well - an Engineer friend once told me its never good when you let the smoke get out of electronic components.....
