If you ghost your hard drive complete, I would expect that Microsoft would accept the swap over.
Once you are connected to win 10 you can't turn off any update or trace.
You'll always be switched to win upgrade even if you turn off the switch..... it sees it as a fault and turns it back on everytime you boot up.
