I have one of these from my optic days, similar toi the one from Amazon, for undoing the retaining ring on binoculars. From memory, which I don't trust, I got it from either Edmund Scientific in the US or from RS Components in Australia. I had a quick look in my RS component catalogue, but couldn't find it. But, my catalogue is a couple of years out of date. They won't give me a new one, as I am no longer in industry.
Blackwoods may be another source.
