There are 100's in central Perth and many are straight up nut cases sorry to say and downright scary to the old , young and families and should be in care , not begging and living on the streets .
There are quite a few Vet's and I always give them $5 or so as it's criminal how the government treats these hero's
that were prepared to die for our freedom ,, sickning ! treatment .
