Did you play around with the Curves? It looks like you've brightened a lot of the image uniformly but left the darker areas really dark. It creates a flatter less dynamic image and something I've done myself from time to time as a way of making parts of an image pop. |
I played with everything.....I was so focused on minimising the stars during processing I think I lost my way/focus on the actual target
