Mike, your post is a pleasure to read. I am printing a hard copy for future reference. I will definitely attempt to master your suggested workflow. I think that I understand everything you say. Hopefully all I needed was an expert like you to shift my thinking. It might take me a long time before I find a suitable day to try your workflow, but I will post the result when I do.
