I am jealous of that set up!
Here is what I remember off the cuff with the DMK capture settings.

-Save images as (drop down menu) Y800
-Set Gain far left 142
-Gamma 60-100
-Exp - not sure for the 100, but 60 is at 1/142 or 1/182
-Get focus, muck around with the pressure tuner
-hit the red dot and you will save AVI
-press stop when done - take about 1500 images first up

I process in Regisatx5. My basic run
-select (file) - image should come up
-go to the slider at the bottom of the screen
-scroll across until you get a crisp image (better than the others)
-select about 85% quality in the Lowest Quality field
-Alignment Method - default
-Alignment box - 128
-Place the box on a feature and enter
-press Align (top left)
-when done you can see how many frames have been selected (bottom of screen)
-you will want to stack at least 100 frames, so adjust the Lowest Quality field up or down until the frame number is 100ish
-press limit
-press Optimise and Stack
You should now have a stacked image that you can process
-slide the wavelet bars to increase details (click do all)
-you can now muck around with gamma, brightness etc
-go to final and save.

It will take about 10 goes to get familiar but worth the time.
