That third image with the X Error.
Did you leave a Bhatimov mask on? Strange shaped stars and diffraction spikes which you wouldnt expect from the refractor?
The peak on the 3d star image is flat across the top a well which the Maxim help guide indicates the guide star is saturated so not a good candidate but suspect the mask was in place when you did this grab?
