Is there an option to disable auto guiding on either the RA, DEC or both axes? I know there is on CCDSoft and I inadvertently had them turned off so the system would not calibrate. When I “ticked” the “Yes” checkboxes, everything worked (in CCDSoft).
Other than that, can you manually move the guide star under software control? That is, have you verified that the mount is receiving guiding corrections?
