Very Meh if you ask me. Minor increase in pixel count, and faster frame rate. I guess the builtin GPS and WiFi is handy. The existing 7D already has 19 AF cross points.
So far Canons on chip phase detect has been extremely underwhelming, compared to something like the Nikon 1 series.
