The good thing about using the same telescope is that you only need to deal with the first half of the equation.
(((pixel*206.265)/focal length)^2)*QE

1) 1.6 arcsec @ 1.28
2) 0.8 arcsec @ 0.46
3) 0.65 arcsec @ 0.28
4) 0.96 arcsec @ 0.42

This is really to be expected. A general rule of thumb is that you are ALWAYS going to be sacrificing exposure time (sensitivity) for resolution. Personally, I would go with #2 for general purpose from those numbers. Unless you want to do wide field and then the 16803 is definite the way to go.

This doesn't take into consideration read noise and stuff but they're generally not a big issue as that can be taken out of account by changing exposure times.
