okily dokily, here's my setup,
Skywatcher ED80 on Skywatcher HEQ5, powered by an el-cheapo jumpstarter pack, currently using my canon 400D, but will soon have a 350D to dedicate to the scope.
i've also got some LED strips (as illustrated by my funky night exposure) to light my way around teh mount. i have them facing down at the groud so as to not disturb anyone, and i need to put a diffuser on them, just to soften the light a bit more.
