Which guidecam

My trusty old SPC900NC has started playing up and at the same time I need a more sensitive guidecam to go on my new RC8 with OAG. The other scope is ED80 with a finderguider.

Any recommendations? I have been looking at cameras with the MT9M034M sensor (ASI120MM-S, QHY 5L-IIM) or apparently more sensitive Altair GPCAM1 AR0130 or possibly something like Altair GPCAMv2 130. Getting lost with all different sensors and possibilities.

Looking for something good but cheap-ish, considering the recent expenditure for the RC8. Something good for planetary imaging would be a bonus and may stretch the budget (currently using ASI120MC).

Thanks in advance
Luka
