Those which will pass high in altitude:

NGC: 2204, 3109, 2784, 2613, 2217, 2207, 1398, 1365, 1326, 1808, 1792.

Of course there are many goodies around Orion & also the Seagull nebula.
NGC2204 is open star cluster
NGC3109 doesn't seem very photogenic
NGC2784 same
NGC2613 looks good
NGC2217 looks good also, a barred spiral
NGC2207 would be good with long focal length and good seeing. Its small but 2 colliding galaxies could be an interesting target. I suspect out of the reach of most scopes though.
NGC1398 is a good target. Bright, large and easy to image but an interesting shape.
NGC1365 is of course a classic.
NGC1326 appears to not be photogenic
NGC1808 is interesting and one I have started imaging. It has a couple of really bright stars right next to it so I had to handle the star flare/bloat issue to get this one well.
NGC1792 looks ok but nothing special

So NGC1365, 1398, 1808 and perhaps 2207 (it will be small and dim in most scopes) are the go in my opinion.
