Got the final piece in the mail this morning, the coveted focal reducer to bring the system from F/12.4 down to F/9.9. So my box of goodies is now full.
To date I have finally a complete system. The only thing I don't have is the certificate. Takahashi doesn't make test certificates public but I had a verbal confirmation that this scope serial# had passed as "excellent" by takahashi internal standards from the people who put it together at the factory.
Now I'm tightening my mount and trying to remember how to use the SXV-AO-LF then I should be well on my way to having some long focal length fun and try my luck at some small galaxies.
