I've bought several Optolong filters over the years off Ebay/Alibaba/Aliexpress. The prices tend to vary a bit, but you'll generally end up finding one cheaper than the usual places if you spend a bit of time doing comparisons. I recently bought a 2" UHC filter for about $55 off Aliexpress when they're priced at $80 on the Optolong facebook page.
