Make sure your mount is level and roughly polar aligned to SCP ( I use solar noon meridian method - refer my previous posts )
Try a 2 Star alignment on same side of meridian , no need for a 3 Star alignment
Ensure all data entered in the hand controller is corrrect as mentioned by other IIS members
