Thanks for your prompt answer. Are you using the following formula:
scopeFWHM = 1.028 * Lambda / ObjectiveDiameter
(where Lambda=0.000550 for 550 nm, for instance)
or is there another extra term for scopeFWHM, which takes into account pixel size?
