You need a bait. 'friend', mother in law or other relo, etc... and a big fying pan.
Seriously, find out what it likes, get a plastic bottle, cut the top third out then reverse it like a funnel. Fill-in with some sugar and water and leave it outside. You'll get him eventualy (along with a bunch of other stuff). He'll fly in but not out and will drown.
