I'm glad my data was helpful.
I don't have time for a more considered response tonight, but there also appear to be some issues with short frames on (some) CMOS sensors, including short darks and bias frames. I have also seen non-linear darks as a result of bias drift on CCD sensors.

The ASI1600 seems much better behaved but I suspect it does suffer from some of the same issues to a lesser extent.
