Chris, have you installed all the Adobe updates that have been coming out? There have been several updates to Adobe Camera RAW since I first installed Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 5.
On the Mac, there's an Adobe Updater program that automatically notifies me of updates. I assume there's an equivalent on Windows?
