I have just bought a new imaging source camera. Everything installs perfectly on my desktop, but on the laptop I get a message saying that no device can be found. See thumbnail. The camera is a DBKAU04.AS
Any suggestions? And yes, I did connect the camera.

The strange thing is that on first connecting, the laptop says it has found a new device, But according to the instructions supplied with the camera, you are supposed to ignore any attempt to install a generic driver but rather install the drivers from the supplied CD
