Coronado PST Flat Frames?

Hello all,

Just started imaging with my PST and a Canon DSLR using a Baader Hyperion 8-24mm Zoom EP. It seems like I am getting a brightness gradient on the sun when it is in the centre of the DSLR frame (see attached). The sweet spot seems to be to the left and lower down. Is there any way to take flat frames with a solar scope. I'm guessing no, but I thought I would ask anyway. Or is there another way to correct this. I have not tried positioning the sun in that area of the frame yet (no time during the week- generally bad weather on weekends). This is only my second try at producing an image. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Greg
