Dear Terry
I like the idea of contributing to science as an amateur.
I currently am doing photometry. I have been interested in it since I did some "real" science when I did my masters. The science then was measuring radio sources but as I don't really have access to the ATCA this is now impractical. I can do optical measurements with my gear and really enjoy the time out under the stars in my humble little observatory.
