I have in my 7D 2 genuine Canon batteries and I also have 2 aftermarket el cheapos but according to Photo Continental a better el cheapo.
The Canon batteries dispite having slightly lower amp/hr rating do last longer , but not by much.
The real test is what is the recharge useage life of them, but when you can buy 3 cheapies to one genuine it is really up to your budget and usage.
Both Sandisk and Lexar are very good Cards and have high speed cards rated for professional and semi pro cameras but do rate them differently.
I use Sandisks Extream Pros 90MB/s in the D7 and used the straight Extreames 45MB/s in the 50D.

I would get 2 smaller cards rather than 1 big one in case you loose one or have a SNAFU.
