thanks for your reply.
I'm afraid in this case I'll also need to buy some adapter that I can use to put 2" filter on. Currently I have nothing that can accept 2" filters. Do stock rings supplied with a Skywatcher ED80 have some thread suitable for 2"?
And will it be a huge difference if I use 1.25" filters?
