We're big Rally fans wifey and I. Mitsubishi Evo 6.5 Tommi Makinnen would be my first buy if I won Lotto. Then McLaren P1, Nissan GTR and a Fiat Abarth 500. And an apartment with big garage at Hampton Downs Raceway.
Currently we own 2 Mitsubishi VR4's, big brothers to the EVO. V6 Twin Turbo 4wd with AYC. 206 kw, ceramic brakes, big bore exhaust on mine with POD air filter. I've clicked 180 kmh on the track when the Jap limiter kicked in. Wife has the Saloon Super Sports version, I have the Legnum Wagon version. It's real fun when we line up against each other at the lights, we ain't married when that happens !!!
I was building a Rally Club car a while back but job changes killed that project. 1600 4G61T Turbo Mirage. I've also done Flag Marshalling at a couple of events including V8 500 Pukekohe. Awesome noisy that close to the action.
