you could even add the 100d into the mix!
the only differences that i can see from the 600d the 650 and 700 have are:
the 700d has video autofocus and in camera HDR function, shoots slightly faster;
the 650d has in camera HDR function, shoots slightly faster;
and touch screens.
they also have a higher iso boost but i'm not sure if it really results in any better quality noise levels. You can install Magic Lantern to your 600d anyway.
