Opposition will help you get more fps. I see you are only using 10% of your capture and getting 400 frames for Jupiter to use. The images are quite detailed but look photon starved. Could be due to cloud but also seems you have not enough frames. Perhaps that is also why the color seems a bit off and the Jupiter images look slightly over-sharpened if that is the reason for the blue edge.

Are you running 3 minute captures? You should be able to get away with that length of time for Jupiter without noticeable smearing (even if you use an Alt-Az setup). Or run several 2 minute captures and use Winjupos (a step up from what I do but you are clearly an accomplished imager).
