Outside of cooled astro cams, I use my Fujifilm X-E1 and X-A3 for widefield. They're very accomodating, and use the same Sony sensors that Nikon uses. Being mirrorless, they give you that much more backfocus which makes it possible to use other brand lenses with a simple adapter. They also seem to let through more Ha than you're typical Canon.
